In opening the Market as a part of the Food Hub at Under One Roof, we are hoping to increase food access in our community, through a lens of dignity, empowerment, and equity. We want to shift away from emergency food services to longer-term community-based strategy, to address food insecurity, individual wellness and community resiliency in Squamish.

Your donation goes directly to supporting the purchasing of food and operations. We rely on your donations to carry on the work we do. We cannot do this without your help.
There are many ways you can donate to the Food Bank. The easiest way is to drop your food donation in the Squamish Food Bank donation bins at Nesters, Save on Foods and Independent and Plant X Squamish (non perishable foods only please).

Get Involved
Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Squamish Food Bank and we couldn’t serve our clients without them. Together our amazing volunteers donate approximately 200 hours of their time a month and sort through an average of 6000 pounds of food each week.
